Doing my part to help small business owners in the greater Seattle area. This place is exactly the kind of business I want to support. Family run, honest and hard working individuals. I used to carry the misconception that small businesses charge more money for products and services just by virtue of being small. This is not the case with Factory - the owner takes a lot of pride in his business, which transcends the quality work and excellent customer service. Glad I found this little gem!
