Moved to the area and went with them for "same day appliance repair" I was told the part would be in in 3 days and they would be out to complete the work. My husband paid them in full (our mistake) prior to them finishing the job. When we call the first time I was told they forgot to order the part. Then I was told it was on backorder. Finally after 9 days and my husband calling again they come and fix the washing machine. I called the customer service number. The man on the phone was rude and didn't seem to care on how long it took to fix. I will NOT use this company again. poor customer service
