Not even giving one star. My last order with Potbelly was over an hour late- I had to leave and didn't even get the order and I just noticed they STILL charged me for it. Potbelly is not worth your time- the orders NEVER come on time, they are hardly ever correct and they don't even care that their service is terrible. WORST RESTAURANT EVER.
