Things started to fall apart after I signed the contract. When I called to speak to someone about a promotional deal they were advertising it took two days to get a call back. When I received a call back the manager Alex was very apologetic and accommodating, however he too dropped the ball when we had to sign an amended contract. Once again he was apologetic, but the issues continued to get worse, up until the day of my install. I got into a huge argument with the Chief Operating Officer who was rude and disrespectful!!! I never in all of my business dealings got screamed at by a so called professional. I was completely appalled, and outraged! Unfortunately, I was promised things that I never received even from the OWNER!!! The only good thing that came out of this is the installers were professional and finished a whole house window install in one day, and they only took a 10 min. break. Very hard and dedicated workers!
I chose this company to purchase and install my windows, because I was told the company's owner was a man of integrity. Well….. as it turns out, this is not true!! I would NEVER recommend this company for any service!
I am greatly disappointed!!! I can only hope and pray If I have any issue's with the window's, I won't have any trouble with the company honoring their warranty.
