Every part of this experience was shotty. From the beginning, the sales guy arrives 2 hours late holding me up til' the wee hours. Then the measurement guy comes late following day. The sales guy said I could have my windows by Xmas (6 weeks advance notice), but did not show up. Then on the final install date, they cancelled at Friday 11am (on a 9-11am window). Then they cancelled the following appointment on Monday. Then they showed up on Wed. but didn't have the tools necessary (i.e. lights) because they came so late. On Thursday, they were supposed to come at 1, but didn't show up til 7pm and didn't finish til 1:30am. Unacceptable as they did a poor job at cleanup and sealing because they couldn't see and they were probably too tired by then. I've never seen such poor service by a company.
