I noticed missing tire rubber and a small swiped at the driver's rear side. I emailed Tonya this morning about it. It appears some of your Technicians are careless with my car. When they work on my car or wash it they do not do a good job and leave scratches and now I'm missing a half round piece of rubber. The glue there is still fresh. I really don't want my car washed there any more.
