I do not know a thing about car maintenance so appreciate when I get an email reminder from Tire Proz. Although the online appointment option did not work, a simple follow up call got me the time I wanted. They found something else they thought I should consider fixing, showed me what they were talking about and I had it done. Never felt like they were "taking advantage of my ignorance" about cars like some women are subjected to. Very professional group of guys!
