I have been in management for most of my professional career. If Shawn is indicative of the caliber of representative for your company, then I see why your reputation is so outstanding. We had decided to purchase another vehicle and completed the initial paperwork with Shawn. He took us then to Chris and it was in Chris' office that I debated whether to purchase the Mercedes or Lexus. Chris gave us complete information on the cost and comparison of the extended warranties for both vehicles. \r

Shawn than met with us and reassured us that this change was not the problem we imagined it to be. Ken and I debated whether the purchase of fewer miles, longer warranty, etc. was enough to cancel the original purchase and change to the Lexus. Shawn was patient and through and when directedly asked what he would do, he responded with frankness. We returned to Chris and he, too, was most helpful. This was one of the most pleasant car purchasing experiences we have had. \r
