I came in late on Sunday after finding out I had a nail in my side wall of my tire. Having an all wheel drive and tire protection it was suggested I replace all my tires that had 1/2 their tread life. I bucked up and said ok and on the ticket it said pick up on Mon. So not hearing anything I call at 4:30 when I was promised 4pm next day and was told that you all made a mistake and my car would get serviced at 445pm the next day and my ticket said 4pm. I have spent a lot of money with 2 cars and expect delivery when buying all new tires. The lady said there was no mention from who I talked to, but after reviewing the ticket it said 4pm. Why did I have to call and wait because of your lack of communication? I use to love going there to get service, but now I am just a number after probably spending over $10K in the last couple of years? I am very disappointed and have your tickets to proof that! more
