the Masters Touch team was very professional. They called the day before service as a reminder. They were careful to protect any furniture from their equipment. Socks were left to by worn until the carpet was fully dried. They were quick and efficient and were done and off the premises in less time than I expected.
I will definitely use them again and refer the Masters Touch any time I have the opportunity.
