Editorial review from Citysearch 1/30/2014

I dropped off vehicle on 1/20/2014 for a estimated 3 day repair. With no call from Johnson I made contact on 1/23/2014 to see the progress. They told me additional parts were needed. They Bryan told me they would tear vehicle down on Monday, verify additional parts but this must not have been done. They called me on 1/29/2014 and vehicle was ready for pick up after 3:00PM. I pick up vehicle and look it over on Thursday 1/30/2014 and noticed the following: front license plate (ACC basketball team & bracket was missing. I found a plastic cover laying in the vehicle not installed. Bolts on hood hinge and left fender loose. Left hood strut loose, AC now does not work, the bumper is pulled away from molding and tapers down on each side 1"" or more. New bracket on left side to snap in grill but snap is missing. These are items I can see. Not sure what other items they may have not tightened. I went back on 1/30/2014 and they told me I need to leave it again and they would look into fixing. b I asked for a loaner vehicle due to the poor quality of work or lack of over site to insure vehicle was completed and correct. They will not provide a loaner but inconvenience me to get another vehicle myself. I have decided to take the vehicle to someone that will fix all the issues they left incomplete. This shop was recommended by a friend and I will inform him the poor quality of work they provided. I also will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and file a claim against Johnson Collision for the poor work. Again at this time I do not know what other bolts were left loose or what they did to the AC. This vehicle is 2 years old.\r \r ""GREAT REPAIRS MUST BE AN ACCIDENT WITH THIS COMPANY"" more
