i never mind bringing in my car for service at patriot- everyone is kind, your waiting area is clean and comfortable, etc. the one thing i would share is that i was have been called, texted, and emailed at least 5x since i left the dealership on friday morning at 11 a.m. i appreciate my advice being asked for, but all of the follow up on your end is way too much of a good thing. please just send me emails next time and i'll get back to you when it's convenient for me. thank you
