I came home and my heater wasn't working. I called after 7:00 pm and I spoke with a real person and was called back by a technician in 5 minutes. I explained to him that I need my heater and he told me that he could come out that evening. I told him that was fine. He came right over and found that it was a burned out wire. He fixed the issue and I had heat! Fast and great work! I'll call them if anything else is needed
