The car drop off is clean and out of the cold so a big plus for this first point. Service was done and a detail of car issues were provided. All the staff were friendly that I talked to. Its a little more drive to come to Klein as I live in N. Seattle, but this is where I bought the car.
And of course the car wash is a nice feature to provide also.
