In response to Garrett's review, I have been to Bill's numerous times. I like Bill's because he gets it right the first time. I don't have to go back 3 times for the same problem. He is honest and doesn't make up problems. He will give an estimate and if its too high you can go somewhere else. At least then you'll know what needs to be fixed.
