The customer service was just Awful. I went in with my 46 in RCA tv I called after a week and was told there was no update that nobody had looked at it. Called another week later woman told me she would have someone call me back another week passed and I get a call saying the tv I paid $50 to drop off that the price of the part would be greater than the cost of my $500 tv. I called walmart because I had just had my tv a little over a year they sent out a technician within 5 minutes he told me that it was a minor part but he had to order a new one because he didn't have it with him. So I. Call bs don't bring your tv here to get misdiagnosed and allow them to make money off your tv that you believe is Unrepairable. I will never use this company again I will never recommend anyone to use them either.
