Tracy Ball was incredible in helping us decide on and purchase a great car at a great price. I bought a 2011 Infinity and it is better than I anticipated. Tracy was very accommodating with our schedule, he was very nice and didn't use any unnecessary sales pressure. He was very courteous and considerate of our time and our lack of knowledge as to purchasing this car. We will definitely refer our friends and family and even return again when the time comes.\r
