I recently went to WDD to hopefully find someone and some place to assist me in my search for the ring my girlfriend would truly love.\r

Sadly I was not quite prepared for the amount of information and options available. The first thing I'd like to get out of the way is that it can be very expensive. Most things in life are expensive if they're worth anything of real value. At WDD the value matches the price. The hope and idea is that you're buying something that will last a lifetime and that is the goal of WDD.\r

Their customer service is top notch and easy going as opposed to lazy and high pressure at other places. I never felt like I had to shop there or that it was the only place I could find what I was looking for. I ultimately brought my girlfriend in with me to help find something she truly loved and she ended up getting a custom made ring. I have not proposed yet, but I plan to in the coming months and I cannot wait to see her face when she finally sees the ring she's most likely forgotten about.\r

Mackenzie Lindback was the one that made everything so much easier and I doubt I could have pulled off the charade without her assistance. WDD and Mackenzie were so sensitive to some original time frames that in the end didn't work out, but they went the extra mile to make sure everything was as close to our vision as possible.\r

Mackenzie was not the only staff that assisted and everyone that did matched her skills and knowledge. You always feel like you can ask anything and you can talk freely to whoever is with you to help make an informed decision.\r

For anyone looking for custom options, great customer service, and incredible amounts of knowledge about diamonds and rings I highly suggest at least making a stop at WDD and especially this store in particular.
