The customer service is TERRIBLE. Everyone I encountered on 2 occasions were extremely rude. I could not have work done here, because I could not get someone to talk to me on a professional level. I was talked down to. I was told one day that my parts were in stock and told another day they would have to be ordered. I was given attitude by the front desk and service guy when I asked if I could make an appointment. I was simply told ""no"". I would not deal with these people even for free service!!
