I have an older central air unit that was not cooling the house well. I believe it was a tech named Steve that came out, and he was so professional and courteous. I didn't feel any less important just because I wasn't wanting to put much money into this service call. After checking over my system, Steve gave me his professional assessment of my situation. I talked with him about the fact that I have an older system that I'm just trying to "eek out" the last bit of useful life from, and that I just wanted to spend the minimum that it would take to get it to cool the house in a satisfactory way until it completely quits on me. He completely understood without making me feel sheepish. He gave me some recommendations for the future when I do need to replace my system, then proceeded to carry out my wishes. My home is nothing fancy, yet he respectfully wore booties over his shoes in order to not track anything in on my carpet when he came inside to check the temperature of the air coming out of the vents. I ended up with a bill that was much less than expected. I told him that because he wasn't pushy about trying to get me to purchase a whole new system, that I would be inclined to call R and R when I'm ready to make that purchase. Call these guys! You won't be disappointed!
