On September 4th our air conditioning stopped working. I sent an email requesting an appointment that evening. We received a phone call at 7:45 on the morning of the 5th, and we made an appointment for later that same day. Their technician, Josh, showed up at our home, and within 10-15 minutes, he had our problem diagnosed and fixed. He then took time to discuss the proper operation of our system and double checking its performance. He was very capable and professional. I feel the charges were reasonable and we were very relieved that he was able to make the repairs quickly. I will not hesitate to call R & R if we need any heating or air conditioning repairs and I will recommend to my friends.
