I'm happy with Dr. Brewer as a physician but the office staff is either overworked or doesn't care. I've had to call three times to request a refill of a standard medication that they've prescribed me for years (non-narcotic). I left messages and talked to office staff twice. My wife has had the same experience with her allergy medication. I realize that the nurses and receptionists have a tough job, but that is no excuse to ignore patient requests.
