Overall we are satisfied with our new roof. Tom (Aspenmark) and his team did a good job communicating with us throughout the process. Both our Gas Line and AC line were punctured during the job, but due to the way the lines were run in the attic, it would have been difficult to avoid. Tom worked with our insurance company to get the additional repairs covered and ultimately everything worked out. We had a few surprises on our final invoice, but overall things were resolved. Although the experience was not our favorite thing to go through, Tom did his best to help us along the way.
