I used to love Manny's, bought appliances from them for years. That all changed when we were remodeling our kitchen in 2012 and purchased three new appliances there. The refrigerator broke within a few weeks and the response from the store management was not good, our phone calls were not returned in a timely manner, though it did eventually (after two service calls) get repaired. We waited to replace our stove and received exceptional service from Salemi's in Springfield. My advice is go to any other dealer, Manny's is unconcerned about your experience once they have delivered your appliances. It's too bad that the customer no longer matters at Manny's. I am even willing to pay slightly more to avoid a repeat experience like we had last year.
