I don't understand how this business stays open, being run the way it does... these people are slum lords. I would advise anyone living in one of their buildings to take a lot of pictures and fill out all the suggested paper work from the online Utah renters rights website before moving out to prevent the owners from charging you outrageous random fees in the thousands of dollars because they will if they can get away with it.
