An unplanned road trip required scheduled maintenance to be moved up to immediate, and Matt was more than accommodating to make a last minute appointment happen. Upon arrival, the service was timely, and I was on my way without undue delay. I hope I do not have to take advantage of this crew's willingness and ability to assist impulsive customers, but I am very glad they were able to help this time.
