I asked the person who phoned to tell my car was ready for pickup, if there were any additional issues. I was told "NO". When I picked up the car, the receipt showed the front struts are weak & worn and I need transmission & brake fluid flushes. Also my check engine light was on immediately. Nothing was discussed with me. Even if your facility does not do this type of work, I should have been told what my additional issues are. Especially since I asked!! I am left now having to take my car to another shop to have this work done. The young man who put my work order in your system was very professional. I hope it was him who gave the assurance that my car was ok. more
