Purchased car via web shopping for best price on like model. Negotiated final price over phone, provided credit card to hold vehicle, and drove down the next day. Upon arriving, was notified that a part needed replacing. Was not notified that passenger vent lever was broken. Also, would have been nice if car had at least been washed. Bought vehicle anyway, and happy overall, but the process could have been better...
