Joe was fantastic. He took the time to explain the service and helped me over to parts to get a price from Barry on an item for my wife's Traverse. Between him, Debbie, and Brooke the normal friendly cashier, I enjoy bringing our vehicle in for service at your dealership. Its individuals like them that continue to overpower any other negative or discouraging items.\r

As I stated in yesterdays survey the cashier was not very friendly and it was clear she did not want to be there. Also there was an apparent issue between her and Barry in the parts department as she kept giving him very dirty looks and eye rolls, it was completely unprofessional. She did not have a name tag and I did not want to ask as she was that unfriendly and at which point I just wanted to leave. I looked her up on your staff listings on your website and her name is Nan.\r
