Quick lane service has always been a no nonsense trip; get in, reliable quick service, always friendly banter and out usually within the hour. This most recent visit was even better. It was time for tires, and, although they were not actually covered by our "upgraded" service and maintenance contract as promised, Brien Ford honored what we had been told and replaced our tires anyway! We respect that decision immensely. We will, without doubt, find our next Ford vehicle at Brien Ford!
