I have been taking my cars here for a few years now. Sometimes I wish the news was better...lol...but at least I don't fell like I am being taken for a ride. They lay out the problem and then all of my options for the solution. Sometimes there is a "for now, get me by" solution that is more affordable and then the "fix it right the first time" solution that is more costly. And the best thing is they don't pressure you to make that decision and they help you figure out how to financially afford the "do it right" solution.
