I was simply dropping off a pre-paid parcel for shipping (I am a long-time customer). Box was wrapped in heavy kraft paper and completely taped. I walked into the store and the manager started barking at me that my box could not be shipped wrapped with paper. She did not take the time to see it was totally taped to avoid ripping. I was completely taken aback - she was rude, abrasive, adversarial. I asked for a 2"" piece of tape to cover an area I missed. She said no tape provided for drop offs. Really? You can't spare a 2"" piece of tape. A total bitch - I will NEVER return. I will ship FedEx or go to the Bodo UPS facility to avoid this hag! So much for business managers taking care of their long-time customers. I am also writing the UPS Store dist. manager to complain about their rude store manager.
