The Property Managers of Reflections Apartments in Virginia Beach Are Money-Grubbing Thieves\r \r Even though there is no shortage of parking, and no signs in their many empty parking lots warning of it, they have a strict guest parking policy and tow vehicles that don't have a parking pass. I visited a friend last night for an hour, and had no reason to believe that my car would be towed from an unmarked space in a 3/4 empty lot with not a single sign warning that vehicles will be towed. But I came out of his apartment an hour later to find that my car had been STOLEN.\r \r The impound fee is $150 - EXTORTION - and they tow vehicles nightly. This is the predatory practice of a money-grubbing thief to drain a few extra dollars from legitimate guests of their tenants. THERE IS NO OTHER REASON FOR SOMEONE TO PARK AT THEIR COMPLEX OTHER THAN TO VISIT A TENANT, BUT THEY CONTINUE TO PREY ON THEIR TENANT'S GUESTS FOR A FEW EXTRA BUCKS. They are thieves. Stay away! more
