I have been trying to get a hold of this college for a few years. My twin had gone to school there while she stayed in my home this school put her loan in my name they accused me of using her name and receiving a certificate in her name. I am not even a reference need legal counsel can some one helpme it's on my credit my twin has called dept of Ed and sent letters but they have no record they say. I have the master promissory I am not on it and of course I can't get a hold of this school I have sent in proof there is too and it is she but since the school said I committed fraud and used her name that is what they are going by. I did not attend there help me
