I've lived here for 2 years. In the beginning it was my best decision ever! But ever since last year around the fall time things took a turn for the worse. First of all, they raised my rent $75 more than what it was ($650). Then they added in a water fee (ok). Recently over the summer I've had such bad experiences with the leasing office and their workers. They messed up my lease twice and I still get contacted from them still every time my rent is due. They have yet updated their system for my new rent amount. \r

Also, My oven has been broken for about 2 weeks. I contacted them when it first happened and the maintenance guy said that it was going to take 1-3 business days. FALSE. I have called, left voice messages, and visited the office multiple times and they have yet fixed this issue. Their answer when I ask what's the hold up, ""I don't know"". What do you mean you don't know?? Well find out!\r

And don't even let me get started on their hours of operation. It is the most inconvenient hours ever. They are never open from 9-5 or 8-4 like normal business hours. They are only open 4 hours the most out of a day and it's during the normal business hours where the tenants can't even come in to visit. \r

After this lease is up I am moving out!!
