I went to get my car serviced (Honda Civic Hybrid 2009) and they informed me that all costs were covered under warranty. This included filling my tires with air, washing my filthy car, and all servicing. I anticipated paying over $2k for a replacement hybrid battery. Customer service was great and I would recommend Ray, the customer service rep.
