Approximately 9/3 I went to Premier AutoSound and spoke with a sales associate. I got a price to put window tinting in my back window and the sales associate wrote it on the back of one of their business cards. When I went back on Saturday, 9/7 and had the window tinting done they charged me $25 more. I paid the amount even though I told them that I was told it was the lower amount. I told them that their sales associate wrote the price on the back of a business card and I didn't have it with me. They didn't care. I went back on 9/17 with the business card and showed it to Mike Logemann, and he basically told me that they were not honoring the price on the business card. He told me that Bob, the installer, said it should have been more than the price quoted. Regardless, of what Bob said, it should have been the price that I was told and written. And that is the price In should have paid.
