THE WORST! My washing machine only needed a pump (according to the technician) until he went back in to look at it. Then it needed a completely new circuit board and was a brick. He then LIED to our faces about the service fee -- which the office told him to refund in full. He charged us anyway. The office admitted all of this. After that, the so-called, unbelievably arrogant ""manager"" wouldn't even give us a refund. Her claim was that the fraudulent service tech ""didn't represent the company."" Are you kidding me?? These people are the WORST. Go FAR AWAY.\r
FYI...an ""F"" from the Better Business Bureau. Shocking.
