I am very pleased with this company. We had two of our couches cleaned along with one of our carpeted rooms. The carpeting in the toy room had some stains that we could not get rid of, even after we carpet cleaned it ourselves. After Norm's cleaned it, it looked brand new! I am very happy with their service.
