I had a great experience with Courtesy Acura. I just purchased a 2010 Acura RDX tech package and worked with Jim Kurtz. Jim was so helpful and knowledgeable of the brand. Jim went above and beyond to help me. My husband also purchased an Acura TL Type S a couple weeks before me and went to a smaller dealer and did not get the special treatment I did. I am so impressed with the exceptional customer service I received they have gained a customer for life. I noticed that one of the fuses was out inside the car, a couple of the lights were out in the AC cluster, I mentioned it to them and Jim made an appointment for me to come in and get it fixed. I have been able to communicate via email and Jim has been very prompt and responsive to getting all my questions taken care of. I would definitely recommend Courtesy Acura to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used car.
