I have to agree with many of the negative comments on here and while i am not one to write a bad review or any reviews for that matter, i have to say this is a company you should definitely stay away from. The front office gal who answers the phone is rude. The service technicians seem pretty good but they will replace your parts, charge you for these parts and then simply return them to subzero for new parts as most of these parts are under warranty. I found this out ""after the fact"" and found out that many parts in subzero are covered up to ten years. Some are 1 year, some are 2 year, 5 year and 10 year. so, they will charge you for parts that they actually get for free. On top of that, they have literally replaced parts that didn't need replacement. I have had several issues with a few sub zeros in my home and each time i call them i get the same expensive bill and a crappy level of service. Please do not go through what i went through. these guys are terrible, just damn terrible. Avoid them like the plague.
