I have never placed a review for a service company but this front office is rude and difficult to work with. \r
Set up an an AM window for a technician to look at our Sub Zero. Appointment was made a week ago. I get a call at 9:15 am saying that the technician can't be at our house until the afternoon. I told her I had stayed at home instead of going to work. I told her I couldn't wait in the afternoon as well. I said can I schedule for tomorrow in the morning and she says you can but there is no guarantee and that I could be pushed back to the afternoon again. i asked her what would she do if she were me? wait around all day for the possibility of getting my refrigerator looked at? Then I asked to speak with a manager and she said that the person was not in. After getting the further runaround, I told her I would schedule with another company.\r
K&N needs to work out their customer service policies and then retrain their front office.
