I went to Virginia Tire and Auto of Ashburn/Dulles during my lunch break at work to get my emissions done. This was my first time going here. When I arrived, there were two cars in front of me, so I knew there was going to be a wait. Within 2 mins, an employee with a clipboard was already filling out a form. He confirmed that I needed my emissions done and politely asked me to fill in my name. I asked him how long it would take since there were 2 cars ahead of me. He stated it should be about a half hour. After I finished the paperwork, I went and grabbed lunch. I arrived back at VTA of Ashburn/Dulles after about 25 mins. As I was walking, I could see my car being pulled out of the garage. I was actually expecting to wait 10-15 mins but the employee was right on the mark. The customer service is above average here than many other places I have been.
