We have been renting a house from Evans Properties for 1.5 years now and have been constantly impressed by their service. Anytime something has gone wrong (and it’s bound to happen) they have VERY quickly gotten someone out to look at it. Today our garbage disposal backed up on us, and they got someone out right away to fix it. A lot of places I have lived automatically raised the rent after our 1st year contract ran out. Not the case with Evans. I have been VERY impressed.
