Outstanding service and response time. I locked my keys in the trunk with a very low phone battery. I spoke to a dispatcher an explained my situation. Keys locked in trunk and phone is about dead. Immediately after speaking to the dispatcher the driver called me. The driver was there within a 20 minutes window. The driver was able to unlock the my car, but the security system disable the car and wouldn't allow enter in to the trunk. The driver contacted a locksmith for me, let me contact a family member and charged my phone. He also told me if the locksmith can't gain entry to call them back. Needless to say after a 3 1/2 hours and several calls to the locksmith dispatcher they never showed. I called Outlaw back to have my car towed home, the dispatcher already had record of my pervious call. The dispatcher told me help is in route. Immediately a driver called to tell that he was 3 minutes away. Very shortly the driver arrived. He tried a few things to try to override the security system. None worked, therefore the car was towed to my resident. Both drivers went over and beyond to assist me. Outstanding Drivers and Dispatcher with they all was professional. Outlaw staff was my heroes. Thanks for making certain that me and my car arrived home safely.
