I ordered Won ton Soup, Crab Rangoon, an egg roll and Fried Won ton's. The won ton soup was excellent, however, one quart had 5 and the other 6 won ton's -- a little light. I generally get 8 or 10 per quart at other joints. That being said, the soup was better than most. The Crab Rangoon was excellent, perhaps slightly lighter in filling than some, but of excellent quality. The egg roll and fried won ton's were of good quality, and I was able to thus verify that the restaurant was not using old oil that needed changing. All in all, fresh oil, generally better than average quality, that's enough to get my respect. 3 more won ton's and it'd be 5 stars. Why 5 stars for only 7 won ton's per quart, you ask? That's easy, the stuff I know of that has 8 or 10 won ton's tastes awful compared to this place, 7 times "yummy" > 10 times "blah" in my book.
