The service technician was very friendly and cared about solving my problem. However, the company policy about not guaranteeing a service timeframe until the night before service is not customer friendly. I live alone, I work during the day and have lots of meetings to attend, and I cannot wait until less than 24 hours before my appointment to know when the technician will come to my house. They should be able to guarantee a timeframe when you make the appointment.\r
