Furniture is ok. Service is terrible. As soon as I walked in the door the salesperson vultures swooped down on me. And in 2 minutes new salesperson latched on to me and I didn't have a chance to pick who I would like to work with. She was awful and I had no choice -\r I didn't realize how inexperienced and untrained my salesperson was until she tried to order a custom pillow for me (took her 1-2 hours) and then placing the final order was a disaster. I had to keep walking away so I didn't make a scene - she was so incompetent I couldn't stand it. At least she had some sense to keep asking questions of any one she could grab as they passed by. Staff should be well trained before trying to help customers. \r And that was the best part of my experience. \r Delivery is an ongoing nightmare. I took of work today to accept delivery of my office furniture. Not until 8:15am this morning did I get a call saying that the only desk available in the warehouse is damaged. So now work today, no income and no furniture. Why couldn't they tell me that yesterday? Or 2 days ago? Instead I have to take another vacation day (which are very precious) to wait for delivery in 2 weeks. And again, I won't know till the day of delivery when they will decide to arrive or even if my furniture is available and not damaged. Who runs a business like this? \r Can't Mathis Brothers at least tell me 2 days in advance if its going to be a morning or afternoon delivery? I schedule patients weeks / months in advance and work around their schedule. If I ran my medical practice the way Mathis Bros runs their store I would be out of business in a month. \r Unacceptable. Incompetent. Untrained. I'm never going back\r more
