John and the other staff at the Middletown, RI office are so very helpful. For the past 10 years, I've been a customer, and every time I come in, I feel so welcomed by John. Recently I was trying to make a sign for a fundraiser, and I couldn't have done it without John and the other manager's help. It's wonderful to see such great customer service at this point in time.
