They replaced a bunch of the external paneling on my house. They did a very nice job, including dealing with all of the "stuff" (e.g., windows, phone box, fuse box) attached to the siding. Good job of cleaning up after themselves. They only made one mistake (that I've found at this point), and they're working on correcting it.
Communication and scheduling aren't so good, though. It often takes them a week or so to reply to email. And when they tell me that someone will do something on a certain day, they might or might not. The job eventually gets done, but the unpredictability feels unprofessional.
